THE RESERVE RESIDENCES

Located within a boutique community along the Sierra Golf Course in Mammoth Lakes, CA, I spearheaded the design & management for 3 single-family residences. As a Project Manager, I worked closely with the leadership from programming to ensure zoning overlay compliances, lot coverages, design presentations, construction documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This project marked the office's first single-family projects, which were meticulously modeled and rendered using Revit & Enscape, with seamless coordination through BIM 360.
