As the Project Lead, I spearheaded the entire process, from the initial design concept to obtaining necessary permits and preparing comprehensive construction documents and details. This project marked the office's first Tenant Improvement Project, which was meticulously drafted, modeled, and rendered using Revit & Twinmotion, with seamless coordination through BIM 360.
